01 · The premise
A broker hands you a vendor and disappears. We stay in the room until the vendor has delivered.
Sometimes the client has a specific need we can't cover alone — mobile capacity, dedicated design, very specialized vertical engineering. Sometimes the client has searched for a vendor and only found agency layers and billing surprises.
We provide a third option: we act as procurement + PM + technical lead. We select the vendor from our network of independent studios (or run it internally). We make them work with our XP discipline. We guarantee the quality bar.
The Extreme Contract is radical: we underwrite quality. If the vendor we chose fails to deliver, it's our responsibility. Single point of contact, single point of accountability.
04 · The contract
Pre-conditions, post-conditions, invariants.
Every engagement has explicit pre-conditions, measurable post-conditions, and invariants we never violate. You know what we need at the start, what comes out at the end, and what we don't negotiate in the middle.
Pre-conditions / what we need from you
- Definable technical need (we can be in the definition process too).
- Agreed budget and realistic timeline.
- Internal stakeholder available for weekly sync.
- Openness to working with vendors we recommend (not picking them via blind procurement).
Post-conditions / what we guarantee
- Vendor selected and engaged with clear contract.
- Delivery completed with quality bar verified by us.
- Knowledge transfer to the internal team.
- Network of partners usable by the client autonomously for future searches.
